Kaylin Norris has an extensive background in social and legal spaces. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Law, and has fifteen years of experience in criminal and healthcare legal systems. Kaylin is proficient in mental health and addiction recovery, and is dedicated to using her experiences to make real change.

Kaylin strives to work as a living example to the hard work it takes to survive. As a survivor of personal sexual assault, a former sex worker, and a recovering addict, Kaylin has been there. She is passionate about learning new ways to connect and advocate for survivors. Her main goal is to ensure that others who share her experiences know they are not alone. 

Advocating for and supporting others is a core value in Kaylin’s life. She strives to help others break free from the chains that restrict their lives. Kaylin is a new mom, and spends her free time with her baby boy, life partner, and step-daughter. Personally, she enjoys watching TV at home and relaxing with a coloring book.
